1. About this website
This website is provided by Micah 6-8 Ministries of Pensacola Inc., doing business as The Micah Mandate, in Pensacola, Florida. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the ministry.
These terms apply to your use of this website. Specific membership statements, event registration conditions, participation waivers, and sponsorship arrangements apply separately when presented and accepted. These website terms do not replace those documents or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Use the site responsibly
Provide accurate information and submit information about another person only when you have authority to do so. A parent or legal guardian must complete a child's event registration and any required guardian acknowledgments. Follow each event's age and eligibility requirements.
Do not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing material; attempt to access private records or another person's account; interfere with the site; or bypass security, payment, or access controls. Keep private payment links, setup links, and administrator credentials confidential.
3. Applications, membership, and events
Submitting an application does not approve membership. Leadership reviews applications under the statement and commitments shown in the application. A membership dues payment does not approve an application or reserve a place at an event.
Membership dues are $100 annually, with renewal on the member's joining anniversary. Dues, event registrations, sponsorships, and donations are separate transactions. The current dues checkout is a one-time payment and does not authorize automatic annual charges. Event registration is completed separately.

4. Website content and public submissions
Website text, artwork, photographs, logos, and other materials belong to the ministry or their respective owners. You may view public pages and share links to them. Obtain any permission required before reproducing, modifying, or commercially using protected materials. Public-domain materials and third-party works remain subject to their own status and terms.
If you choose public donor recognition or submit a sponsor logo, provide only material you have permission to share. That choice permits the ministry to display the selected material for the stated recognition purpose. Donor recognition follows your display preferences; sponsor publication also requires organizer approval. Leadership may withhold or remove public material that is inappropriate, infringes others' rights, or no longer meets the applicable recognition conditions.
5. Other services and availability
Payments are completed through Stripe. Links to Facebook, Substack, maps, and other services lead to websites operated by others. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use those services; a link does not give us control over them.
We work to keep information accurate and the website available, but information may change and access may be interrupted. Contact the organizer if you need to confirm an event detail or if a payment or submission has not been confirmed. Do not pay again solely because a browser return or email is delayed.
6. Privacy and changes
Our privacy notice explains how information is handled. Acknowledgments required by a particular form are shown there before submission.
We may update these website terms by posting a revised version and update date. A later website edit does not rewrite a membership statement or waiver you previously accepted, or retroactively change a completed transaction's disclosed terms.
