BUILD-A-MAN Forming young Christian men for faithful dominion.

BUILD-A-MAN is an annual, 12-week mentoring program from The Micah Mandate. It helps young men develop biblical conviction, mature character, and the practical skills needed to step into work and leadership.

The 2027 session begins in February. Registration information is coming soon.

The Charge

God made man in His image and gave him work to do.

Dominion begins with obedience to Christ, stewardship of what has been entrusted to us, and the discipline to govern ourselves before seeking to lead others.

Over twelve weeks, mentors teach and challenge young men, giving them opportunities to practice what they learn.

What Participants Will Work On

Conviction and Character

Study biblical manhood, work, responsibility, justice, mercy, and humility.

Practice discipline, reliability, preparation, and the willingness to receive correction.
Professional Readiness

Build a résumé, prepare for interviews, introduce yourself well, and communicate with confidence and courtesy.
Speaking and Leadership

Organize ideas, make a clear argument, ask good questions, listen carefully, and speak before a group.

Who Should Join?

BUILD-A-MAN is for the young Christian man who is ready to learn, willing to be challenged, and prepared to do the work.

Whether his next step is college, a trade, military service, or a career, he can begin building the habits and skills to meet it faithfully.

He does not have to arrive as a finished man. He does have to be teachable.
