The organization receiving payment
The Micah Mandate is the ministry name used by Micah 6-8 Ministries of Pensacola Inc., based in Pensacola, Florida. Its federal employer identification number is 20-2694114. Ministry payment and giving questions go to micahmandate.admin@gmail.com.
Review the transaction type, amount, and any applicable event or package conditions before paying. A donation, sponsorship, membership payment, and event registration serve different purposes and are not interchangeable.
Donation amounts and designations
Online gifts are one-time donations in US dollars. You choose the amount and designate one of these ministry areas:
- The Micah Mandate General Fund
- The Man in the Arena Men's Conference
- The Run for Life
Your selected designation is recorded with your gift. A gift supporting an event does not register you for that event or provide a ticket. Contact leadership if you need to correct a designation or have a question about a restricted gift.
Optional public donor recognition
Recognition is optional. A confirmed gift can appear on the corresponding fund's donor scroll if you choose public sharing. Your note and any honoree name can then appear publicly. Your name and gift amount have separate display choices. Email, phone, address, and relationship to an honoree stay out of the donor scroll.
Share only messages and honoree information you have permission to make public. Contact the ministry to request correction or removal. Refunded, disputed, or administratively hidden gifts are not eligible for public recognition.
Acknowledgments and tax records
Donation acknowledgments are prepared after payment is confirmed and sent to the email supplied for the gift when delivery is available. Contact us if an acknowledgment is missing or incorrect. Retain your payment and acknowledgment records.
A donation acknowledgment is separate from an event ticket, sponsorship confirmation, or membership dues receipt. Payments that provide goods, services, or other benefits may have different tax treatment from a gift for which nothing is received in return. We do not promise that every payment is deductible or determine your individual tax treatment; consult your tax adviser when needed.
Annual membership dues
Membership dues are $100 annually, with no separate initial fee. Renewal follows the member's joining anniversary, recorded when leadership first approves membership. For a February 29 joining date, the anniversary is February 28 in a non-leap year.
Approved members receive a private payment link when dues are due. The current Stripe dues checkout collects a one-time annual payment; it does not enroll you in a subscription or authorize automatic annual card charges. Renewal reminders do not themselves charge you.
Paying dues does not approve an application or register you for an event. Membership commitments and required signature-event registrations are set out in the application and are accepted separately. Contact leadership about a dues correction, membership status change, or refund question.
Men's Conference registration
The current Man in the Arena conference is November 14, 2026. Registration is $50 through November 6 and $75 beginning November 7, using Central Time. Attendees must be at least 18 on the event date.
Refund requests are accepted up to seven days before the conference. For this event, contact micahmandate.admin@gmail.com by November 7, 2026. Review the event details and any registration terms shown at checkout.
Run for Life registration
Run for Life is a fundraising event, and registration fees are non-refundable. If you cannot participate, you may transfer your registration to another participant up to one week before race day.
Contact the race director at micahmandate.runforlife@gmail.com before the transfer deadline. The current event's published entry fees, participant requirements, guardian acknowledgments, and waiver are presented during registration.
Sponsorships
Available packages and benefits are disclosed before sponsorship payment. Submitting a logo or making payment does not publish it automatically. Organizer approval is also required; leadership may later hide or remove a public sponsor listing. Provide artwork you are authorized to use.
Contact the organizer before paying if a benefit, package condition, cancellation, or tax question is unclear. Any separately agreed sponsorship conditions apply to that arrangement.
Payment errors, changes, and assistance
Payments are completed through Stripe. If a checkout is interrupted, first use the same cart or original private payment link to check confirmation. Do not submit a second payment simply because a confirmation page or email is delayed.
If you believe a gift or other payment was unauthorized, duplicated, made in error, or recorded incorrectly, contact the appropriate organizer promptly with the date, amount, and payment reference if available. Do not send full card numbers. Leadership will review the request under the applicable transaction terms and legal requirements.
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, contact its organizer for the options available for that event. These policies do not limit any rights or remedies that applicable law requires.
