Under the Leadership of Todd Leonard
Todd Leonard’s Bio
Discover the servant hearted leader guiding Micah Mandate with humility and steadfast faith, modeling justice, mercy, and faithfulness in the city.
About Us
We are a brotherhood of men devoted to seeking the welfare of our city (Jeremiah 29) and fulfilling the Cultural Mandate (Genesis 1) as image bearers of God. Guided by Micah 6:8, we strive to act with justice, show mercy, and walk humbly before God strengthened in both spirit and body.
We believe faith must be lived vigorously, not passively. Like Theodore Roosevelt’s call to the strenuous life, we pursue a form of muscular piety a faith that is disciplined, courageous, and active in service to God and neighbor. Our aim is not retreat from culture, but its renewal through men who embody moral conviction, civic responsibility, and godly strength.
Our Focus
Our studies revolve around two mutually inclusive pursuits: the development of muscular piety and the application of Christian principles to government at every level.
We believe personal virtue and public virtue rise together—strong men build strong families, strong churches, and strong communities. By cultivating disciplined faith and applying biblical truth to civic life, we seek to see righteousness exalt a nation and to train men to serve as leaders who combine wisdom with strength.
Our Confession
We unite around the Apostles’ Creed and the shared convictions of the Manhattan Declaration. Any man who affirms these truths is welcome. While signing the Manhattan Declaration is encouraged as a statement of unity on Life, Liberty, and Marriage, it is not required for fellowship.
We also commend The Statement on Christian Nationalism and the Gospel as a faithful expression of Christ’s lordship over all creation and the rightful, limited role of civil government under Him.

A Final Word
“He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?”
We strive to live this with integrity and courage in every season.

Joining the Micah Mandate has been one of the best decisions I’ve made as a man. It’s helped me strip away the world’s version of masculinity and rebuild it on a biblical foundation. Through the teachings and community, I’ve learned what it truly means to lead with strength, humility, and purpose under Christ. It’s not just talk, it’s transformation.
